Day by Day Itinerary:

Day 1- Spend the first night in San Jose, enjoying the local nightlife.
Day 2- Today you will head to the Pacuare River where you will raft down to the Pacuare Lodge.
Day 3- Enjoy another full day of rafting (this time with a big class IV rapid). After you leave the river you will head up to the incredible Selva Bananito Lodge, which borders with Area de Conservacion La Amistad (La Amistad Biosphere Reserve), Central America's largest protected wilderness expanse. Here you can try out the Tree Climbing Adventure or going on the Canopy Zip Line Tour.
Day 4- Hike deep into the jungle and enjoy an exciting waterfall adventure.
Day 5- Experience a relaxing day at the amazing Caribbean beach town, Puerto Viejo.
Day 6- Relaxing on the beach or exploring Puerto Viejo is one of your many choices. This is a day of freedom in a paradisiacal beach.
Day 7- Travel back to San Jose and enjoy the evening to dine in town and check out the local attractions.
